Believe it or not, Hipsters are the ones who set the fashion trends. A few years before the rest of us get around to realizing how good the fashions are. Call them Hipsters, Bohemians, New Age Travelers, Beat nicks or Free Spirits. These people are in the positions to set the fashion trends and that is what they are doing.
The worn out jeans, the hoody sweatshirt , the gangster hat and the retro - spectacles who do you think were warring them a few years ago? That is right the Hipsters. These are well educated people with a I do not care what the rest of the world thinks we like them attitude. There are more than a few fashion designers that have been Hipsters from the beginning and are designing beautiful retro style fashion in both clothes and eyewear. The new retro eyewear coming out is anything but old or boring. These vintage glasses are real works of art.
Miumiu has taken the vintage cat eye frames and put a whole new spin on them.They have changed the shape just enough to make them futuristic and used soft delicate pastel colors in the frames. They are very feminine and delicate looking and would go well with any flowing dress. Docle & Gabbana's new sunglass design are real pieces of art work. They took the oversized round sunglass lenses and added gold rosettes like Baroque architectural designees. These stand alone no matter what you are wearing, all they are going to be looking at are the fashion glasses. Vallentino's designees in their eyeglass collection ,are more of a masculine nature. To this they have added eye studs on the frames . It is a suitable look with any clothing you choose to wear.
